When will my order be posted?

We aim to process your order within 3 working days unless it’s a custom design which will take longer and be arranged before hand. If you need it by a certain date please let us know when you order the item in the notes box. Extra postage charges will apply for faster delivery.

Returning Items

In the unlikely event you want to return your item you have 14 days in which to return it and receive a refund on the cost of the product. This does not include P&P unless faulty. You will be responsible for the return postage, unless faulty and the product will need to be in the same condition as it was received; pet hair and smoke free and in its original packaging.

Do you post worldwide?

We can post to the EU at the buyers expensive for driftwood items as they are lighter and not prone to breakages. Please contact us if you would like a postage qoute.

Can you make me a custom picture?

Depending on the time of year and our time we may be able to make you a custom pebble picture although we will require 50% non refundable deposit up front. Please conact us to discuss your ideas.

Do you have more than 1 item of each picture?

On certain lines we may set the quantity to more than 1 meaning that we have several pictures all with a similar design, although since every pebble and piece of driftwood is unique it will never be identical.
